This was our 1st time staying at this location, 2nd time staying on a floating cabin. The air conditioning is located in the back of the cabin. Even with keeping the air conditioning on 24hrs, the air didn't keep the bedroom in the front of the cabin cool at night even with a ceiling fan. Hales Bar Marina has over 220 covered slips ranging from 30' to 80'. Our floating cabins are very popular on Lake Nickajack. The views are stunning and you're able to fish right off the front or the back of the boat.
